At Pigeon's Roller Skate Shop, we want to ensure you find the perfect fit for your skating journey. If your gear isn't quite right, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your skates or accessories are in brand-new, unworn condition with all original packaging and tags attached.

• 2.
  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original box and use the prepaid shipping label provided via our portal to drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
